ZSL’s Safari in the City black-tie gala will take place at London Zoo on 20 September 2023. The event starts at 6pm, with tours of London Zoo at dusk to meet endangered animals and passionate conservationists until 7:30pm when guests will be seated in a safari tent in the grounds of the Zoo. The night is hosted by David Walliams, with Geri Halliwell-Horner attending as our Gala co-chair, and Lord Harry Dalmeny delivering our live auction.
Throughout the evening you will learn more about ZSL’s global conservation impact, protecting animals which are most at risk of being lost from our planet forever. Our guests will have the opportunity to protect the future of these animals during the live auction, hosted by Chairman of Sotheby’s, Lord Dalmeny, and by donating on the evening.
Some of the evening will take place outdoors and therefore we would encourage weather appropriate clothing. A cloakroom is available on the night.
